This versatile meringue powder is a great egg white substitute for making meringues for a tart lemon pie, meringue cookies that don't fall flat and smooth royal icing that dries to a hard, glossy finish.

Ingredients

Corn Starch, Egg Whites, Sugar, Gum Arabic, Calcium Sulphate, Citric Acid, Potassium Acid Tartrate, Artificial Flavor, Silicon Dioxide.

Directions

Use as an egg white substitute for baking & decorating: 2 tsp. Meringue Powder + 2 tbsp. Water = 1 egg white.

After opening, store in a cool dry place. No refrigeration required.
