The Copain Tous Ensemble Chardonnay is from two distinct vineyards in the Carneros AVA: Cloud Landing and Carneros Hills West. This white wine has a pleasing texture in the mouth, with lively acidity. This complex white wine is light golden in color, with lemon blossom, mandarin, and pink lady apple aromas. The palate features fuji apple and pear flavors, with a supple texture and lively acidity. Pair with halibut, shellfish and salmon with lemon and herbs.
