Joel Gott Pinot Noir is fermented in open-top fermenters, helping to retain the varietal’s fruit flavors and tannin structure, adding complexity to the blend. The wine was aged in 20% new French oak and 30% one to three year-old French oak. One 750mL wine bottle of Joel Gott California Pinot Noir Red Wine has 13.9% alcohol by volume.
