10 minutes prep time. 23-27 minutes cook time. Makes 1 cake or about 18 cupcakes. Ingredients Needed: Foodstirs Organic Ultimate Chocolate Cake Mix; 2 eggs; 2/3 cup oil; 1 cup hot water. Tools You'll Need: 2-8 inches round pans or 2-8 inches square pans or 13 x 9 inches baking pan; non-stick cooking spray; mixer (optional; wire whisk; mixing bowl; measuring spoons. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat pans with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. 2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs until blended; whisk in oil and hot water until well-blended. 3.
