Founded 1862. 100% North Coast Sparkling Wine. This is a Dry Rose, made from Pinot Noir, with a touch of Chardonnay added for complexity. Our Brut Rose is handcrafted using select cool climate North Coast vineyards, barrel fermentation, and extended aging. This creates a delicious sparkling wine that pairs wonderfully with a wide variety of foods - Hugh Davies, vintner. 65% Pinot Noir. 35% Chardonnay. Alcohol 12.9% by vol. Produced and bottled by Schramsberg Vineyards, Calistoga, California.
